MBL 420 – Meteor Budget Line

The concept of the MBL420 Budget line is based on the idea to have a very flexible and automated winding machine for small to medium sized production batches with either 2 or four spindles. The coil loading and unloading is done manually after the each cycle when the security door is being put open. The MBL 420 handles almost all kind of coils

Functionality of the MBL 420 can be extended by the following components:

  • Operation and Programming
    The Programming is carried out with Meteor‘s customer proven state-of-the-art modular software. Coordinates are fed through „teach-in“ modus or through computer keyboard. Instructions to operating personal can be stored in plain language and in full length.
  • Solid and sound construction
    The all-welded chassis with integrated electrical cabinet serves as a support for the wire guide system and as support frame for the high speed winding module. All mechanical components are manufactured with high precision in analogy to the machine tool production.
  • Wire guide system
    The stable and sound construction of the wire guide system ensures highest precision in wire guiding.
  • Flexible upgrade possibilities
    The modular construction of the Meteor coil winding machine allows multiple upgrade possibilities. Investing into the MBL series is a wise long-term capital investment strategy as its construction always complies with state-of-the-art production requirements.
